Don’t Outsmart Your Common Sense

Okay common sense people. If a customer signs a contract and then decides not to stick with the agreement are you going to write them off? NO. If a customer tells off your employees just because they are angry and are actually the ones in the wrong with the situation are you going to say “I’m sorry.” NO. Use your common sense when it comes to dealing with problem customers. This whole thing about apologizing to the customer when they are the ones in the wrong is horse poo.
